Primary Summer 2006 Registration Form

·         Due to staff limitations this summer we will operate only one primary classroom for the summer. Enrollment will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis.

·         Priority enrollment for current families: Forms must be returned Friday, May 5^th. After that date, enrollment will open to other Montessori students from outside our school.

·         current extended day students will remain with the primary community for all summer sessions
